Do you have a T&E program?No – All of our products first start with concept - design - engineering - proto-types are built and field tested with real world tactical teams and special operations groups. When design passes T&E the products are set for manufacturing.
Do you accept credit cards?Yes - you many either purchase on line or call in your order and use a credit card by phone.
Do you accept purchase orders?Yes – a PO may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or sent by US mail to J&N Tactical, 10915 Oliver Ave NW, South Haven MN 55382.
Do you provide international shipping?Yes – a quote can be emailed to you upon your request.
Do you have a dealers or distributors?NO - we are the manufacturer and sole source distributor of all our products.
How do I place an order?To place an order, please go to the website at www.jntactical.com and go to the link "place an order" with either a PO or credit card and follow the steps. You may also fill out the contact form and request a sales person call you to complete your order by phone. Prompt payments must be received with a net of 15 days of receiving invoice.Orders will be processed within 24 hours and are drop shipped from J&N Tactical.It is our policy that we do not allow third party billing for shipping.

Can the BP-2 be used as a “Break and Rake” tool also?The BP-2 was designed to break through heavy glass and deploy a NFDD into an opening.If the operator rakes out the window – consideration must be used when raking out the rest of the window since the pull ring cable is now no longer secured and protected behind the hood.The loose cable tends to flop around and may get hooked or frayed during the process of raking additional glass.
What happens if I damage the cable on one of the NFDD delivery poles?Call customer service and request an RMA number for service.The pole will be repaired and sent out the same day it is received.Cost of repair of cable is $10 plus return shipping. DO NOT DISASSEMBLE POLE – DOING SO WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY.
Can I use hitch pins to connect the extensions/clamp heads instead of the bolt and nut?The answer is NO.The hitch pins do not secure the extensions tightly to the NFDD delivery pole the way bolts and nuts do.All our products are engineered and designed not to be modified or altered.If any product is altered in any way the product liability as well as product warranty will be null and void.
